Property Condition Survey (PCS)

Property Condition Survey and Condition Surveys:  Understanding the overall condition of your Real Estate Investment. Our goal is to provide you with all related information in reference to the property so that you can make a justified decision.Property condition surveys provide detailed information on the building's overall condition and architecture.  A property condition report identifies defects, deferred maintenance, and deficiencies of the property. ESI has performed hundreds of property condition surveys, physical assessment reports and engineering reports on Commercial, Industrial and Multi-family residential properties nationwide.

Site Reconnaissance

Our staff will conduct a complete visual observation of the site including all structures, surface parking, grading and landscaping to identify related deficiencies for an accurate cost estimate.

Records Review

All construction drawings, available recorded data, and other related information to the site will be reviewed by our experienced staff for any potential issues.

Property Condition Survey

We will provide you with a clear description of the property, supported by photographs and documented data from all readily available state and governmental agencies related to the property.
